All of the products for sale on this sight are protected by copyrights and may not be reproduced without written permission. Written permission is required from PowerNomics Corporation of America, Inc. to use Dr. Anderson’s likeness or image in any way.


Images of  books, lectures or other video materials may not be downloaded. The product images are available on website for purposes of ordering. The lectures images are for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. By using this website you agree that you will not, nor will you permit others to:

    1. modify or copy the lectures;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Company’s web site;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    5. transfer the materials to unauthorized persons or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server. Incorrect fulfillment orders or items damaged in shipping and reported within 6 months of purchase, will be replaced.


We collect information that customers voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact. We will occasionally send customers emails. We also share email addresses with www.harvestinstitute.org, but will not sell, rent or share this information with any other person or entity. If you do not wish to receive emails from PowerNomics or do not want your email address to be shared with The Harvest Institute, inform the company via email at powernomics@aol.com.

PowerNomics® uses personal information collected for shipping products ordered. This site does not collect credit card information. Payment is directed to and processed by PayPal. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state Maryland. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
